Hi Donna,rescued this female kestrel out of one of our horse water tubs,I blow dried and released her.Cool huh.Joan

As Carlos had said “Gee that was fun and we were part of it” Thanks for sharing as I’ve never seen a kerstrel except at Carlos and never a baby.

    Oh she is so cute. I did not realize these birds were so cute as well as pretty. Maybe she was taking a swim or a dunk. Either way I bet she liked being dry from gentle hands.

    What a beautiful bird! I, too, am surprised that she let you blow dry her without panicking. Thank you for the rescue – I hope she finds her mate, if she has one. Now I can see why the kestrel is one of Donna’s favorite birds – they are so pretty.
