I feel so bad that Carrie hasn’t had any treats for the past few days, but I’m so happy that she’s finally trying out her wings. Maybe Ashley will have some competition now out there on their playground equipment. Go CARRIE!

Chatter and moderator “Caboval” shared a link with the photos, of the Molly the Owl book signing, which she took. This link takes you to one photo, then choose “View Slideshow” under “Action” in upper left above photo to see all the photos.

    Carlos and Donna,
I hope you know how very much each of us deeply appreciates that you both went above and beyond anything expected by signing all of the books! Wow! Thank-You. It’s so much like everything else you’ve done for us, for Molly and McGee, and for their owlets. Seems like there is excellence (and much thoughtfulness) in everything you do. A special thanks to Donna, often behind the scenes, facilitating the magic! Many thanks…

  12. Tresbien Says:

Many of the chatters would like to know will the picnic broadcast will be archived for later viewing? If you or Austin can respond, it would be appreciated. Thank you for everything!

  13. Ruth Anne Says:

They are amazing and so are you, Carlos, for letting nature take its course, educating so many, and giving us a window into their amazing world!

  14. Mary Alice Taylor Says:

this is the cutest action ever for these two kidz. It adds intrigue and mystery that we have Carie hanging back.
Thank you all the Royal family and extended Mods that are helpers

  15. Mary Alice Taylor Says:

I hope my reply was registeed

  16. Mary Weber Says:

I’m amused at folks’ concern for Carrie’s food intake. I think both owlies could benefit from a diet! A little flying exercise and having to find their own dinner should take care of it.

  17. Roz L-M Says:

    Dear Carlos,
Thank you for posting new pictures every couple of days. We’ve been watching since the first clutch when Austin hatched, and continue to be amazed at these owls. This clutch helped postpone my withdrawal pains. And the books will help me through the winter! Thank you so much, Carlos and all!

  18. Shelley Says:

Carlos, I was wondering, are the owlets as loud when you are sitting outside as they are when we hear them on the screen? Or do the microphones just amplify the sound? They sure sound loud!

  19. Pam Burnett Says:

I thought I had signed up before, I am trying again. Thank you for all you have done

  20. Jan Thompson Says:

    Me too – trying again.

  21. Sandra Says:

Have been watching daily since the first clutch, and what a joy this site has been. Thank you so much for all you have done – amazing camera views, moderating to keep it safe for children, seeing the entire process from bonding to fledging, amazing photos, the blessing of getting to know Carlos and Donna, and being around others who don’t think it so strange that I love and enjoy these owls (and their unique personalities) as much as I do.

  22. andrea Says:

have thoroughly enjoyed watching ashley & carrie. my brother knows how much i love owls and he told me about this site. would hate to miss any future clutches that molly & mcgee have and that you so thoughtfully let us all view. please, please let me know if and when there will be another one so i can continue to watch. i would have no way of knowing that you are back up again (in the future) without an e-mail. again, thank you for allowing us to be a part of this wonderful event.

  23. andrea Says:

forgot to check the box to send me site updates so i’m just adding it to my previousl comments. thanks again
