I enjoy the photos you take so very much. It is so fun to be able to freeze the action so we can see how beautiful they really are. They are so fast and colorless when they come fluttering in each night. These give us a little glimpse of what the darkness hides. Thank you for sharing them with us.
Did anyone blow up the top pic of McGee to full size and notice that molly is flying in the distance? She looks like a spec in the smaller image, but you can clearly see her flying in the full-sized image.
Jan, that’s amazing that you noticed that! Thanks for pointing it out…so cool!
Yeah, but now after looking at it several times, I notice a bug by one of McGee’s wingtips and wonder if my image of Molly could really be a bug? I like to think it might be Molly. Sure looks like an owl flying. We will never know for certain. Sort of a Loch Ness Monster type of thing? LOL I still say it’s Molly – or a reasonable facsimile. :-)
I noticed that, too, and wondered if anyone else saw it. I believe that it’s Molly! Awesome pictures!
If you enlarge the photo and then click on the dot, it will enlarge and you will then see that it is, indeed, Molly.
