Veteran’s Day

We are releasing a large framed print of “God’s Warrior” a Self Portrait by Austin Faure. We received several request for this product since it is on the cover of Austin’s 2013 Calendar: Early Works by Austin Faure. This is a self portrait of Austin Faure at age 13. He used colored pencil and chalk to get the desired feel and look of the portrait. The idea came from Leonardo Da Vinci’s portrait of a warrior. His armor style from his favorite video game at the time, “Guild Wars” The original drawing is 11″x14″. It took first place at his school’s Art Faire 2006, 7th and 8th graders. Austin was in the 7th grade in 2006 at Valley Christian School in San Marcos, CA. Those that had seen the original work of art with the Bible verse wanted it included, so it is included in the large frame print.

Ephesians 6:11 – “Put on all of God’s Armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all of the strategy and tricks of the Devil.”
